Delete Your Awelax Account
Awelax customers may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
You can request account deletion from your Awelax account settings where the Delete Account option is available.
You may also request deletion without using the app by contacting Awelax Customer Support at support@awelax.com. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Awelax account and state that you want your account deleted.

Data deleted with your account
When an eligible account deletion request is completed, Awelax deletes or de-identifies personal account information and associated customer data that is no longer necessary to provide the service or meet legal and business obligations.
Information that may be retained
Certain records may be retained after account closure where reasonably necessary or legally required, including records needed for fraud prevention, financial and transaction records, dispute resolution, legal and regulatory compliance, safety and enforcement, and backup retention.
Retained information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or for the period required by applicable law.
